Healthy & Creamy Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip (High Protein!)

This super easy sugar-free peanut butter yogurt dip is not only incredibly creamy and delicious, but it's also packed with protein thanks to the Greek yogurt and peanut butter powder. Get ready to whip up a guilt-free indulgence perfect for dipping your favorite fruits or enjoying by the spoonful!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (1 oz) package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix (cheesecake or work best here)

  • 2 cups plain non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened non dairy milk (almond, soy, or dairy) - adjust for desired consistency

  • Optional toppings: Berries, chopped nuts, sugar-free chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar-free instant pudding mix and the peanut butter powder.

  2. Add the plain Greek yogurt to the bowl and combine.

  3. Add in small amounts of low cal milk of choice and whisk until the desired consistency.

  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes to allow it to thicken slightly.

  6. Serve with your favorite fruit for dipping and optional toppings!

Serving Suggestions:

  • Fresh fruit (apple slices, bananas, strawberries, etc.)

  • Graham crackers for a little crunchy treat
