Cinnamon sugar-covered muffins piled on a white plate, set on a light countertop. The muffins have a golden-brown, textured crust.

Ingredients:⁣

🔹 1 cup kodiak pancake & waffle mix

🔹  ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce

🔹  1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk⁣

🔹 1/4 cup peanut butter or sunbutter ⁣

🔹 1 scoop @beverlyinternational graham cracker UMP⁣

🔹 1/2tsp Cinnamon⁣

🔹 1/2tsp vanilla extract ⁣

Topping:⁣

🔹 1/2tsp Cinnamon ⁣

🔹 4T monk fruit sweetener ⁣

🔹 3T Melted butter ⁣(you’ll only end up using like 2T but you need enough to coat the holes)

Directions:⁣

✅   Mix all ingredients together until well blended.⁣

✅   Roll into individual balls and place on a lined baking sheet or your air fryer tray. Each ball should be about 20g. You don’t want them too big.

✅   Place in a 350 degree preheated oven, or preheated air fryer. Baking time will vary so watch these. It can take anywhere from 7-12 minutes depending on the method and your specific oven.

✅  Mix cinnamon and monk fruit sweetener.

✅ Melt butter in another small bowl.

✅  Once the donut holes are cooled dip it melted butter and roll in cinnamon mix to coat.⁣

✅   Enjoy! 😋 ⁣
