Nachos, but make them healthy. ๐๐๐
Ditch the greasy chips and use a Flat Out wrap or lavash bread to make a lighter, crispier base and pile on the flavor with lean protein like grilled chicken, peppers, onions, pickled jalapenos and other yummy toppings! Finish it off with a light drizzle of your favorite queso blanco (I like aiming for a brand that has about 40 cal/serving) for a satisfying and nutritious twist on a classic!
Ingredients: 1 Flat Out Wrap of Joseph's Lavash Bread
Topping Ideas:
Trader Joe's Light Guac, or traditional Salsa
Peppers and Onions Grilled Chicken, lean taco seasoned ground beef, chicken tinga, steak, or Mexican shredded beef Pickled Jalapenos
Shredded Lettuce Queso Blanco
A sprinkle of black beans
Directions: 1. Cut the flat out wrap into chip sized pieces and spray with a little non stick spray. Add seasoning or salt to your liking. I love using Trader Joe's chile lime!
2. Broil โchipsโ in oven for a couple of minutes on each side (watch to make sure they donโt burn) or throw in the air fryer for a few!
3. In a bowl add a bunch of your favorite healthy nacho toppings (listed above) and throw in the microwave to heat up.
4. Dip yo chips and enjoy!
