Pumpkin Spice Latte


This creamy pumpkin spice latte is every bit as satisfying as the sugar-laden “pumpkin” latte from your favorite coffee shop.  Give it a try and let me know what you think!


Pumpkin Spice Latte

Not only does this latte have ACTUAL pumpkin in it, it's a delicious and guilt free Fall-In-A-Cup drink! I've been making this for a couple of years now and when I make it for others, they are in love! I hope you enjoy it!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee (regular or decaf) If you don't drink coffee, feel free to use 1 cup almond milk!

  • 1TBSP 100% pure pumpkin (optional)

  • ¼tsp pumpkin pie spice (more if you want it REALLY spicy)

  • 1TBSP heavy whipping cream, 2T half & half or 1tsp grass fed butter

  • two drops vanilla extract

  • ½ scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend UMP)

  • *Stevia drops to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a ninja or magic bullet.

  2. Blend really well until ingredients are mixed and there is a foam on top.

  3. Be careful when opening the lid as the hot coffee expands when blended (open slowly!)

  4. Pour into your favorite mug and sprinkle with a little more pumpkin pie spice

  5. Sip slowly and savor :)
