Pumpkin Spice Latte

Not only does this latte have ACTUAL pumpkin in it, it's a delicious and guilt free Fall-In-A-Cup drink! I've been making this for a couple of years now and when I make it for others, they are in love! I hope you enjoy it!
1 cup coffee (regular or decaf) If you don't drink coffee, feel free to use 1 cup almond milk!
1TBSP 100% pure pumpkin (optional)
¼tsp pumpkin pie spice (more if you want it REALLY spicy)
1TBSP heavy whipping cream, 2T half & half or 1tsp grass fed butter
two drops vanilla extract
½ scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend UMP)
*Stevia drops to taste
Add all ingredients to a ninja or magic bullet.
Blend really well until ingredients are mixed and there is a foam on top.
Be careful when opening the lid as the hot coffee expands when blended (open slowly!)
Pour into your favorite mug and sprinkle with a little more pumpkin pie spice
Sip slowly and savor :)
