Good news, friends! Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to give up your favorite comfort foods. Take muffins, for instance. Everyone loves a good one, but that traditional blueberry muffin you often grab alongside your morning coffee or tea? It's usually loaded with sugar and calories (I'm talking 350+ cals for ONE muffin!), sending your blood sugar soaring and leaving you with an energy crash just a couple of hours later. No more!

Give this quick and easy recipe a try instead. These are total kiddo-approved winners and they freeze beautifully, making it super simple to whip up a couple of batches and have them on hand for a quick snack or a wholesome breakfast on the go with your protein coffee or smoothie!

Why You'll Love These Muffins:

  • No Sugar Crash: Unlike those traditional muffins, these are designed to keep your blood sugar steady, so you stay energized, not sluggish.

  • Protein-Packed: Thanks to the Kodiak Cakes mix, you're getting a better dose of protein to keep you feeling more satisfied.

  • Kiddo Approved: Seriously, even the pickiest eaters will ask for more!

  • Freezer Friendly: Make a big batch and freeze them for quick breakfasts or snacks anytime. Convenience meets healthy!

  • Super Versatile: Use whatever frozen berries you have on hand – mixed, blueberries, raspberries.
