I have heard the “I just CANT eat another egg white for breakfast” a lot lately. Guess what?! You don’t have to! You don’t even have to eat *breakfast food* for breakfast! 🤯
With this recipe, I combined the best of both worlds: non breakfast food (🍕 is good ALL times of the day!) and 🥚are a great source of protein. You can change up the “toppings” in this based on what you like on your pizza but I kept it simple with what I had in my fridge-sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil
🔹552g Egg Whites (or 2 1/4 cups)
🔹1 cup no sugar added marinara
🔹1oz turkey pepperoni
🔹1.5 precooked chicken sausages
🔹3oz part skim mozzarella
🔹1 tsp salt
🔹1 tsp dried oregano
🔹Any other pizza toppings you’d like!
✅ Preheat oven to 400
✅ Spray a 9x13 pan with non stick spray
✅ Mix egg whites, salt, oregano, and marinara.
✅ Slice sausage and add to egg white mixture
✅ Pour mixture into pan
✅ Top with cheese and turkey pepperoni
✅ Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes
*you’ll want to make sure it’s very done before you remove it. With the marinara if it’s underdone it will not set and you’ll be left with a sloppy mess, especially in the middle.
✅ Once cooked, cut into 6 pieces (or however many you want!)
✅ Enjoy pizza for breakfast! I usually eat this along side of some toast for my carbs, and of course, I don’t go a day without my protein coffee!
