Healthy Cheeseburger Mac

I grew up eating hamburger helper so it has a place in my ❤️ This is a much lighter, higher protein and lower carb option that is awesome for meal prep! A super easy and quick recipe that’s sure to satisfy! Save this recipe for your next meal prep sesh! ⁣

👉INGREDIENTS👈⁣


🔹 1½ lbs extra lean ground beef⁣

🔹 8oz white onion, chopped⁣

🔹 1/3 cup tomato paste⁣

🔹 2 tsp salt⁣

🔹 1 tsp garlic powder⁣

🔹 1 tsp chili powder⁣

🔹 2 cups beef broth broth⁣

🔹 1½ cups unsweetened cashew milk⁣

🔹 8oz @eatbanza rotini⁣

🔹 ½ cup light Mexican cheese shredded⁣

🔹 3 cups baby spinach, chopped⁣

🔹 Pepper to taste⁣

👉INSTRUCTIONS👈⁣


✅ Brown the ground beef in a large pot. ⁣

✅ Add in the onion, tomato paste, beef broth, milk, chili powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix everything together and bring to a boil. ⁣

✅ Once the pot is boiling add in the pasta and cook for about 7-9 minutes stirring frequently or until the noodles have softened. ⁣

✅ Add the cheese and spinach to the pot and stir. Taste and season with pepper and additional salt if needed.⁣

✅ Divide equally among 6 containers.⁣

✅ Serve with a veggie on the side if you’d like (I served with roasted broccoli) ⁣
