Creamy Italian Chicken
🔹3lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
🔹1 package zesty Italian dressing
🔹1 tsp dried basil
🔹1 tsp dried oregano
🔹1 tsp salt
🔹1 can healthy request cream of chx soup
🔹7oz Greek cream cheese
✅ Mix all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low 5-6 hours until chicken is done.
✅ Remove thighs and shred with a fork.
✅ Incorporate chicken back into the sauce.
✅ Serve over rice (regular or cauliflower), pasta, or your favorite veggie.
