Berry & Greek Overnight Oats

f you are always in a hurry in the morning, tend to skip breakfast, or you hit the local Starbucks drive-thru you have got to give this super quick and simple make-ahead breakfast a try! šŸ™Œ ⁣ ⁣ Oatmeal is a favorite breakfast for many people but it’s higher in carbs and doesn’t have much protein. With the addition of Greek yogurt this recipe has a decent dose of protein to start your day! ⁣ ⁣ INGREDIENTS⁣ šŸ”¹ 30g oats⁣ šŸ”¹ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk⁣ šŸ”¹ 1/2 tablespoon Chia seeds⁣ šŸ”¹ one container light Greek yogurt (I use @oikos brand) ⁣ šŸ”¹ 70g berries of choice ⁣ šŸ”¹ cinnamon (optional)⁣ ⁣ DIRECTIONS⁣ āœ… Place the oats in the bottom of a glass jar. ⁣ āœ… Add the almond milk, chia seeds and optional cinnamon. Place lid on the jar and shake to combine.⁣ āœ… Add Greek yogurt and then top with berries.⁣ āœ… Place the lid back on the jar and store in fridge at least overnight. ⁣ āœ… Enjoy NUTRITION: 297kcals-5.5F/40C/22P
