With the addition of Greek yogurt this recipe has a decent dose of protein to start your day! ā£ ā£ INGREDIENTSā£ š¹ 30g oatsā£ š¹ 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milkā£ š¹ 1/2 tablespoon Chia seedsā£ š¹ one container light Greek yogurt (I use @oikos brand) ā£ š¹ 70g berries of choice ā£ š¹ cinnamon (optional)ā£ ā£ DIRECTIONSā£ ā Place the oats in the bottom of a glass jar. ā£ ā Add the almond milk, chia seeds and optional cinnamon.
