Ingredients:
For the Mojito:
8-10 fresh mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
1-2 tablespoon (more to taste) Blackberry Allulose Syrup (recipe below)
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
2 ounces Ritual Zero Proof Dark Rum Alternative
2-4 ounces club soda, tonic water or sparkling water (Blackberry sparkling water would be delicious!)
Ice
Fresh blackberries and mint (for garnish)
For the Blackberry Allulose Syrup:
1 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup allulose (adjust to your sweetness preference)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)

Instructions:
Blackberry Allulose Syrup
Combine & Simmer: In a saucepan, combine blackberries, water, allulose (and lime juice, if using). Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring until allulose dissolves.
Mash: Gently mash simmering blackberries.
Thicken: Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
Strain: Pour through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing solids.
Cool & Store: Cool completely and store in a clean, airtight container. Refrigerate for up to week.

Assemble Your N/A Blackberry Mojito
Muddle Mint: Gently muddle mint in a highball or fancy glass of your choice.
Add Liquids: Pour in blackberry syrup, lime juice, and Ritual Dark Rum Alternative.
Ice: Fill glass with crushed ice.
Stir: Gently stir to combine.
Top: Fill with soda water.
Garnish & Serve: Garnish with blackberries and mint. Serve immediately.
