For the Blackberry Allulose Syrup:

  • 1 cups fresh or frozen blackberries

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup allulose (adjust to your sweetness preference)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)

Jar of berry syrup on a wooden board with fresh blackberries and mint leaves, set against a light background.

Instructions:

Blackberry Allulose Syrup

  1. Combine & Simmer: In a saucepan, combine blackberries, water, allulose (and lime juice, if using). Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring until allulose dissolves.

  2. Mash: Gently mash simmering blackberries.

  3. Thicken: Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 min, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

  4. Strain: Pour through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing solids.

  5. Cool & Store: Cool completely and store in a clean, airtight container. Refrigerate for up to week.

Cocktail setup on a wooden board: glass, jar with liquid, Ritual zero proof bottle, soda tonic, blackberries, and mint leaves. Cozy vibe.
