I'm going to be brutally honest: there are things holding you back that you don't want to admit.
Those nagging doubts, those convenient excuses, the comfortable lies we tell ourselves – they're the real culprits behind your stalled progress.
It's easier to blame external circumstances, and it's easier to point fingers. But deep down, you know there's more to it.
This isn't about sugarcoating the truth; it's about confronting the uncomfortable realities that are keeping you trapped so you can finally make changes for good.
Prepare to face the hard truths, the ones you've been avoiding, because that's where true, lasting change begins. Today, I'm pulling back the curtain on seven common, and often uncomfortable, reasons why your efforts might be falling short.
But, this isn't about dwelling on the problem.
It's about arming you with real, actionable solutions and a dose of unwavering encouragement.
Let's dismantle these roadblocks together, and get you back on the path to the results you deserve.
Reason #1: You're Impatient
You want results yesterday, and you feel desperate. Instead of focusing on changes that will actually get you to where you want to be in a way you can manage and feel good about, you go out guns a blazin with a tactic that will never work long term.
Lasting change takes time. Progress isn’t linear—you need more patience.
Reason #2: You're lacking the courage to try
Fear of failure can keep you stuck. Committing to try takes bravery. You are putting yourself out there and that takes courage but it 100% necessary to see change. Accept that you should be a little scared and that great progress never comes from being comfortable.

Reason #3: You play the victim
This one might sting a bit but it's true for a LOT of people.
Blaming your circumstances gives your power away.
I always like to tell myself "Nobody cares, work harder."
Take back your power by focusing on what you can control.
Reason #4: You don't have a strong enough WHY
Without a deep reason driving you, it’s easy to quit when things get tough.
If you just want to look better in your clothes, in the moment you'll decide that the wine is more important and you look good enough.
You need to dig DEEP. What’s your DEEP WHY?
Reason #5: You're imitating what worked for someone else
What works for them might not (and probably won't) work for you. and I would argue, it might not work for them either. Fads never stick. That shot they decided to take, or diet the tried...the results likely aren't long term. Your journey is yours—it needs a personalized approach built around your goals and your lifestyle!
Reason #6: You're chasing after too much at one time
Trying to do it all is a recipe for burnout. Focus on one goal at a time for better results.
Sure you want to be better at it all. You have to allow yourself to be a beginner. Babies learn to crawl before they walk, and walk before they run...one step at a time.

Reason #7: You're trying to do it all alone
If you want to go fast and crash, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. My 1:1 coaching program is designed to give you the personalized plan, support, accountability, and tools you need to finally see lasting progress so you can get off of the dieting roller coaster.
