A good mix of protein, carbs, and fat, these energy balls are a nice little treat or snack when you are looking for something sweet. I love to have a couple with a cup of coffee or pop a few for a little pre-workout energy when you don’t want or have time for a meal.
INGREDIENTS:
🔹 1/2 cup quick oats
🔹 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
🔹 3 servings Lily’s stevia sweetened chocolate chips
🔹 1/4 plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
🔹 5 tablespoons peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter will work)
🔹 1 scoop graham cracker UMP protein
🔹 A few sprinkles of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
✅ Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Measure by heaping tablespoon and roll into balls (mine made 11). Refrigerate for up to 7 days
