Bacon burger bowls in glass containers with beef, pickles, onion, lettuce, and mustard drizzle. Text reads "Bacon Burger Bowls."

This simple meal prep recipe is SO good and can be fully customized depending on how you like to eat a traditional burger. Add more or less or anything you’d like based on portion size and preference. The nutrition info below it based on this specific recipe but the recipe is very flexible and it’s a delicious way to get all of your favorite burger flavors in a non-traditional (and healthier!) way! ⁣

👉Ingredients👈⁣

🔹 1.5 lbs lean ground beef⁣

🔹 1.5 tsp garlic powder⁣

🔹 3/4 tsp onion powder⁣

🔹 3/4 tsp paprika ⁣

🔹 3/4 tsp salt⁣

🔹 1/2 tsp pepper⁣

🔹 Shredded lettuce⁣

🔹 Cooked rice⁣

🔹 Cauliflower rice (optional)⁣

🔹 5 pieces precooked bacon, diced⁣

🔹 8 pickle spears, diced⁣

🔹 3oz diced red onion⁣

🔹 Yellow mustard or your other favorite burger sauce. ⁣

👉Directions👈⁣

✅ Cook the ground beef in a skillet with all of the above seasonings.⁣

✅ Add 70g rice and 60g cauliflower rice to the bottom of each of your meal prep containers. (Or more or less or nix the cauliflower rice and add more regular for a higher carb meal).⁣

✅ Add 3-4oz cooked ground beef (I used 3oz). ⁣

✅ Add 1.5 pickle spears diced to each container. ⁣

✅ Sprinkle with 1/2 oz of diced red onion.⁣

✅ Add one piece of chopped bacon per container.⁣

✅ If you will be eating in the next day or two add a large handful of shredded lettuce to the side of each container. If not, save the lettuce to add before you eat so it doesn’t get wilted. ⁣

✅ ENJOY! 🤤 ⁣

📝 Depending on portion sizes this will make about 5-6 servings. ⁣
