I have a major sweet tooth so not a day goes by that I don’t have a little something sweet before bed. 🌙 My go-to is usually a protein bar but I like to change it up and this is a yummy treat that definitely satisfies while delivering a good dose of protein. 💪 Casein protein is great to have before bed as it is slower to digest and helps your muscles recover and repair while you 😴!
INGREDIENTS:
🔹3/4 scoop (24g) @beverlyinternational graham cracker UMP
🔹1/8 tsp cinnamon
🔹1/8 tsp salt
🔹1/8 tsp vanilla ext
🔹6g or 1T PB2
🔹7g sugar free vanilla or cheeecake pudding mix
🔹1T or 7g coconut flour
🔹80g (1/3 cup) unsweetened almond milk
🔹1/2 serving (or 7g) Lilly’s chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
✅ Add first 7 ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine.
✅ slowly add almond milk until it reaches the desired consistency (may use more or less)
✅ sprinkle with chocolate chips and throw in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
