No-Honey Mustard Dressing

Honey mustard is my FAV salad dressing and sauce of all time but unfortunately it’s usually a loaded calorie bomb of fat (not the good kind) and sugar. It can turn what could be a healthy salad into more of a dessert option. 😂 Sometimes…let’s be honest, it’s worth it. BUT…if I can come up with something lighter and just as delicious I’m going to opt for that option, hands down.

Well, I did it! I plan on eating this on everything in the near future. If you try it, let me know what you think!

This recipe is sugar free, dairy free, and gluten free, but definitely not flavor free!

INGREDIENTS

6T (90g) dairy free sour cream (I used kite hill brand-it is GROSS on it's own but great in this!)

1T Extra virgin olive oil

2.5T monk fruit granulated sweetener

1T yellow mustard

1T dijon mustard

1T apple cider vinegar

1/2 clove (or 1 small) garlic

1/8 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a mini blender and blend. Adjust for seasonings if needed.

Nutrition: Makes 5 servings, approx 30g (2T): 58kcal, 6F, 2C, 1P

Use this top top salads, as a sauce, or as a dip for chicken nuggs, etc.
