Apple Cinnamon Donut Holes

These are an awesome little sweet treat with a cup of coffee and they won’t wreck your nutrition! 🙌 Save this recipe and message me if you’d like to order some protein to make these!

Ingredients:⁣


🔹 1 cup birch benders paleo baking mix ⁣(@costco )

🔹 1/3 cup plus 2T unsweetened apple sauce ⁣

🔹 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk⁣

🔹 1/4 cup sunbutter ⁣

🔹 1 scoop @beverlyinternational graham cracker UMP⁣

🔹 1/2tsp Cinnamon⁣

🔹 1/2tsp vanilla extract ⁣

Topping:⁣


🔹 Sprinkle of nutmeg⁣

🔹 1/2tsp Cinnamon ⁣

🔹 4T monk fruit sweetener ⁣

🔹 3T Melted butter ⁣

Directions:⁣


✅ Preheat oven to 350.⁣

✅ Mix all ingredients together until well blended.⁣

✅ Roll into individual balls (batter will be sticky!) and place on a lined baking sheet.⁣

✅ Bake for 12 min⁣

✅ Mix cinnamon, monk fruit sweetener, and nutmeg in a bowl. ⁣

✅ Once the donut holes are cooled dip it melted butter and roll in cinnamon mix to coat.⁣
