Ingredients:
🔹 1 cup birch benders paleo baking mix (@costco )
🔹 1/3 cup plus 2T unsweetened apple sauce
🔹 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
🔹 1/4 cup sunbutter
🔹 1 scoop @beverlyinternational graham cracker UMP
🔹 1/2tsp Cinnamon
🔹 1/2tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
🔹 Sprinkle of nutmeg
🔹 1/2tsp Cinnamon
🔹 4T monk fruit sweetener
🔹 3T Melted butter
Directions:
✅ Preheat oven to 350.
✅ Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
✅ Roll into individual balls (batter will be sticky!) and place on a lined baking sheet.
✅ Bake for 12 min
✅ Mix cinnamon, monk fruit sweetener, and nutmeg in a bowl.
✅ Once the donut holes are cooled dip it melted butter and roll in cinnamon mix to coat.
✅ Enjoy! 😋
