All-Inclusive Healthy Lifestyle Coaching
If you are ready to improve and optimize your health and are serious about making some changes this is the program for you! This is a highly individualized nutrition and lifestyle program that is Erin’s bread and butter. We focus on building and implementing healthy habits that will create sustainable change in your life. This is built for YOU with YOUR goals in mind. This is not a cookie cutter program or meal plan but a road map for those who are committing to better health. It doesn't matter how much you know or don't know, Erin will meet you where you are and help get you to where you want to be.
Included is an in depth assessment process with a nutritional assessment questionnaire and analysis, strategic and targeted supplementation plan, an initial nutrition layout, a meeting to discuss your plan as well as unlimited support through the process (email, texts, phone, etc.) and bi-weekly check-ins in regards to weight and diet adjustments.
My goal for my clients is for them to reach their goals in a sustainable way and to feel empowered to continue their new lifestyle after the time we work together comes to an end. This is a monthly service that requires a 3 month minimum commitment. Because of the nature of this highly individualized program, spaces are very limited. RESET with Erin
RESET is a 2 week real foods based program where we focus on fueling our bodies with many nutrients needed for you to feel your best. We strip out what is not needed and fuel with mostly non-processed, nutrient dense food. There will be a few recommended supplements involved to help ensure nutritional bases are covered. Essentially we are cutting out foods that are potentially inflammatory and that can inhibit our bodies natural detoxification processes and we focus on the delicious BASICS. Those who complete RESET generally feel SO much better even after two weeks. Most continue on with the majority of the recommendations but customize it a bit to them, their lifestyle, and their goals. RESET is a group program that is run periodically. Workplace Wellness & Corporate Presentations
Are you a business owner or manager and would like your employees or members to be educated about the basics of leading a healthier lifestyle? Are you an employee of a company that would be interested in having Erin host a lunch & learn or nutrition presentation? Erin will work with you to pick a restaurant and healthy menu options (if applicable) you can provide to your employees while she teaches useful and relatable information about healthy nutrition, the benefits of real food, and other lifestyle habits and factors that will help improve health! Presentations are geared towards the level of audience presented to and can vary. These presentations can range from one time to a series of presentations. Shop with Erin
Meet Erin at the grocery store and learn how to read food labels, what to buy, what to stay away from, and how to set yourself up for grocery shopping success! This can be done as an individual or in small groups. This is fun and educational! This can be an individual service or as an add on to healthy lifestyle coaching. This is a great option for small businesses who want to support their employees in improving their health as well.
Pantry Overhaul/House Call
Are you overwhelmed at the thought of the changes you need to make and not sure where to start? Erin will come to your house and help you sort through your kitchen and pantry, answer your questions, and help you to get set up for success when preparing healthy meals for you and your family. This can be done individually or as an add on service to coaching.
If you have experience tracking your macros and weighing and measuring your food this could be a great option for you! This is a one time consult to help dial in your nutrition to help you reach your goals (weight loss, performance, etc.) Erin will provide you with customized macronutrient numbers to hit when tracking your food that are specific to your goals.
Monthly Continued Support
This is a monthly option for past all inclusive clients. Continued support is a great option for those who are following a customized layout but need a little extra accountability or require some adjustments to a previous plan and need guidance as they progress on their health journey. In order to qualify for this, you must have gone through Erin's all inclusive coaching program.
