Burger Brilliance: Precooked Burgers to the Rescue

It's 5:00 pm, your stomach's rumbling, and visions of juicy burgers are dancing in your head. But maybe you're not in the mood to make burgers from scratch. Keep the hanger at bay and recruit some precooked burgers to get dinner on the table! Pair with some veggies for a filling and nutritious meal.

Ingredients: Precooked Amylu Chicken Burger (Usually costco carries multiple flavors!)

Light toasted bun (sub with English Muffin, Bagel Thin, Sandwich Thin, or lettuce bun) 1 wedge of light Laughing Cow or other cheese 1 piece of crispy prosciutto or turkey bacon Red onion,, lettuce, pickles, tomato or any other veggie or topping you'd like!

Directions:

  1. Heat burger according to package directions. We love the air fryer for around 7 minutes or so.

  2. Microwave prosciutto or turkey bacon until crispy

  3. Add cheese if desired and any additional toppings

  4. Enjoy!

I usually pair this with a big side salad, green veggie (tonight was the country style green beans I posted yesterday 🤤), or sometimes we make sweet potato fries! ⁣
