What is RESET?
RESET is a 2 week real foods based program where we instill simple nutrition habits that will have you looking and feeling better in no time! You will be fueling your body with high nutrient foods to support feeling your best.
We are stripping out what we don’t need and supporting our body with everything it does need to help support proper digestion, detoxification, and energy levels. We are cutting the crap and getting back to the delicious BASICS.
If you feel like you have gone off the rails a bit, or want to make sure you feel BETTER and have the blueprint you need to keep going, RESET it a great way to get you there! Two weeks won’t completely change your body but it can change the way you think about the foods you eat! It’s a great jumping off point for some long term nutritional changes or a great program when your diet and habits need a little RESET!
Digestive health plays a HUGE role in optimal health and feeling our best. This RESET consists of food and supplements that will not only support your digestive health, but also fortify the body with macro and micronutrients. We will be removing potentially allergenic foods and other ingredients that can disrupt digestive health and interfere with the body’s normal detoxification process. The primary purpose of RESET is to feel better while fueling with the right foods and stripping our diet of things that might not be serving us. We focus mostly on food choices but we also touch on sleep, movement/exercise, and of course 🧠 mindset!
