All-Inclusive Healthy Lifestyle Coaching
This is a highly individualized nutrition and lifestyle program that is Erin’s bread and butter! We focus on building and implementing healthy habits that will create sustainable change in your life. This is built for YOU with YOUR goals in mind. This is not a cookie cutter program or meal plan. My goal for my clients is for them to reach their goals in a sustainable way and to feel empowered to continue their new lifestyle after the time we work together comes to an end. This is a monthly service that requires a 3 month minimum commitment. Included is an in depth assessment process, an initial nutrition layout, a meeting to discuss your plan as well as unlimited support (email, texts, phone, etc.) and bi-weekly check-ins in regards to weight and diet adjustments. Because of the nature of this highly individualized program, spaces are very limited. Nutrition Layout and Meeting
This one-time nutrition consult service is not a coaching relationship but can be a great option for those who are looking for a nutritional strategy to follow to help work towards their body composition goals and optimize their health. If you choose this plan you should be a self starter that can take a plan and run with implementation. You will fill out a detailed intake form with information regarding your body composition history, current health status, and goals. Erin will put together a fully customized nutrition layout based on your goals and preferences. A 30 minute meeting or phone call to discuss any questions, concerns or clarifications is included. Though this program doesn't include the unlimited support, you will not just be unleashed into the abyss with a program where questions are likely to arise and Erin wants you to feel comfortable and understand the "why's” so she is happy to answer questions for two weeks after you start implementing the changes. Erin still keeps in touch with a lot of her layout clients as she loves to hear how much better they feel and to track their progress.
Monthly Continued Support
This is a monthly add on for nutrition layout clients or past all inclusive clients. Continued support is a great option for those who are following a customized layout but need a little extra accountability and guidance as they progress on their health journey.
Shop with Erin
Meet Erin at the grocery store and learn how to read food labels, what to buy, what to stay away from, and how to set yourself up for grocery shopping success! This can be done as an individual or in small groups! This is fun and educational! This can be done individually or as an add on service to a nutrition layout or the healthy lifestyle coaching.
Pantry Overhaul/House Call
Are you overwhelmed at the thought of the changes you need to make and not sure where to start? Erin will come to your house and help you sort through your kitchen and pantry, answer your questions, and help you to get set up for success when preparing healthy meals for you and your family. This can be done individually or as an add on service to a nutrition layout.
If you have experience tracking your macros and weighing and measuring your food this could be a great option for you! This is a one time consult to help dial in your nutrition to help you reach your goals (weight loss, performance, etc.) Erin will provide you with customized macronutrient numbers to hit when tracking your food that are specific to your goals.
Lunch & Learn Presentations
Are you a business owner or manager and would like your employees or members to be educated about the basics of leading a healthier lifestyle? Are you an employee of a company that would be interested in having Erin host a lunch & learn? Erin will work with you to pick a restaurant and healthy menu options (if applicable) you can provide to your employees while she teaches useful and relatable information about healthy nutrition, the benefits of real food, the basics of meal prep, and how to make healthy choices when eating out! Presentations are geared towards the level of audience presented to and can vary from real food and nutrition basics to eating for performance or fat loss.
